Return Stock and Receive Credit - Guidelines.

ALL RETURNS NEED TO BE LODGED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY.

Please phone through all returns to the Quality Food Services Telesales team.  All returns must be raised within 24 hours from date of invoice.  This includes any pricing discrepancies on invoice.

Once your return is lodged, a Quality Food Services Driver will collect goods for credit.  A credit receipt will be given at time of collection, and must be signed by a representative of your company.

Special purchase items (Non Stock items) are not permitted to be returned for credit. Please inspect all Non Stock items at time of delivery, and return to Driver if damaged, expired or

 

Returning of Frozen & Chilled Product:

Frozen products that are being returned as ‘change of mind’, ‘over order’ or ‘incorrect product supplied’ must be in a saleable condition, non damaged or marked.  Frozen products need to be returned at a temperature of -18ºC or below.  Chiller items need to be return at a temperature of >5ºC.

On collection the Quality Food Services driver will check the integrity of the product to ensure the product is in a saleable condition.

Frozen items being requested to return for credit will only be accepted for credit if,

  • Returned on the same day as delivery, or
  • They are damaged,
  • Expired dates at time of delivery or
  • There are signs of product defrosting (frozen), warming (chilled item), which has comprimised the integrity of the frozen or chilled item.

Damaged or Incorrect Delivery of Stock.

We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error.

No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
